Marabella Commercial Finance History

Marabella Commercial Finance was founded in 1971, and this was the year we funded our first permanent mortgage origination with Safeway Stores, Inc.. In the early 1970's Safeway Stores was one of the largest and fastest growing food retailers in the United States. The company was in an expansionary mode and was seeking additional capital for growth. Marabella Commercial Finance did such an excellent job in arranging financing that Safeway Stores allocated a total of approximately 120 stores or 98.8 million in financing for Marabella Commercial Finance to complete.

Today we strive to give our clients and associates that same type of excellent service that we did for Safeway Stores. Other companies we have assisted in structuring loans for are as follows; Kmart, Dillon, Carter, Hawley, Hale, Fisher Foods, Rite Aid, Payless ShoeSource, Discount Tires Stores Inc., Kragen, Checkers, Schucks, Hollywood Video, Blockbuster Video, Autozone, Blimpies,  and Jack In Box.
